EQ CULTIVATE is an Erasmus+ funded project. Our primary objective is to enhance the well-being and productivity of young professionals engaged in hybrid and smart working spaces. We will do it by addressing and mitigating the factors that contribute to burnout through strategic application of emotional intelligence & work inclusion.

Objectives

Improve emotional
intelligence
skills

Develop and implement a targeted training program to enhance emotional intelligence skills among young employees in hybrid and smart working environments.

Enhance peer
social interaction and community

Recognize the importance of social connections for professional collaboration and emotional support fostering peer-to-peer interactions and community among those in hybrid work.

Identify and reduce youth-specific burnout factors

Engage in comprehensive analysis to pinpoint burnout factors specific to youth workers’ preferences, aspirations, and challenges in smart working.

Foster social
and work
inclusion

Develop initiatives aimed at fostering social and work inclusion of individuals regardless of disabilities, body size, or migrant background creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and included.

Promote healthy technology management

Explore youth's technology management preferences, understanding their relationship with digital tools, and potential stressors while promoting healthy technology practices.

Results

While the project will offer numerous valuable resources and activities, it is designed around three core outcomes. You will find more about concluded activities in resources section.

Report on needs analysis

Through roundtable discussions we will define what are the needs of young professionals in context of mental health in remote work. It will be displayed in a comprehensive report.

Training curriculum

Five educational modules that will provide young professionals with the necessary skills and tools to navigate the complexities of mental wellbeing in remote work.

A part of this project's success is expected to be the outreach to broader audiences that we intend to achieve through this website, strategic online communication and physical meetings.
