Workshops in partner countries
2/22/2026

All online and face-to-face workshops (a total of 12 among partners) have now successfully taken place across Latvia, Spain, and Cyprus. These events marked an important milestone in strengthening emotional intelligence, resilience, and sustainable digital work practices among young professionals and youth workers.
Throughout the sessions, participants actively explored the EQCultivate learning materials through practical exercises, interactive group discussions, and real-life examples drawn from their own work environments. The workshops created a reflective and supportive space where participants could examine the everyday pressures of digital work and remote collaboration.
Many participants shared that the training helped them:
Better recognize early signs of stress and burnout
Communicate their needs more clearly within teams
Structure digital tasks more effectively
Build healthier routines in hybrid and remote work settings
Young professionals particularly emphasized that the tools were not only helpful for workload management, but also contributed to developing a more balanced and mindful relationship with work. The materials encouraged them to approach digital environments with greater awareness, boundaries, and self-regulation.
The positive feedback across all partner countries confirms the relevance of EQCultivate’s mission: fostering emotionally intelligent and sustainable work cultures in the digital age.
